General Site Use

By Signing Up and Agreeing to these terms and conditions you are committing to the following site rules; -

1  - No foul language is to be used when posting or commenting anywhere on the site 

2 - No abusive or bullying behaviour towards any other site user(s)

3 - No downloading or Copying of any images / information / Recordings is permitted without       written consent from East Durham Lions Basketball 

4 - All rules regarding behaviour as set out in Durham County Basketball Association and               Basketball England must be adhered to

Failure to abide by the above rules may result in you being removed and blocked from the site and associated social network sites if registered.

Personal Data

The term Personal Data means personal information about yourself for example Name, Date of Birth, Address and Contact Number.

By Signing Up and Agreeing to these terms and conditions you are giving East Durham Lions Basketball permission to collect and store the data entered on the Update Profile page.

This data will be stored in a database and used for emergency contact details and registration to affiliate bodies such as but not limited to Basketball England, FIBA and Durham County Basketball Association. 

Your data will not be used for any other purposes than those stated above and will not be sold to a 3rd party. You may request all personal data relating to you held by East Durham Lions Basketball to be removed / deleted from the database at any time by contacting East Durham Lions via email once removed from the database you will be unable to access the members area of the website without re-registering again.

Images / Recordings

By Signing Up and Agreeing to these terms and conditions you are giving East Durham Lions Basketball the right to use any Images or Recordings of you on the website or affiliated social network sites as Admin deem appropriate. If you are under the age of 14 consent must first be given by a parent or guardian.

You may request to have Images / Recordings removed by emailing East Durham Lions Basketball.
